1 pkg. devils food cake mix
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1/2 pt. sour cream (optional)
1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs

Mix all ingredients except chips. Beat 2 minutes. Add chips and stir by hand. Pour into greased 10 inch tube pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees (never less). Cool only 10 minutes in pan and remove. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
