1 pkg. Duncan Hines Devil's Food cake mix
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
1 c. sour cream
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips, semi-sweet

In a mixing bowl add all ingredients except chips. Mix for about 2 minutes. Add 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips and mix. Place in a 9 inch bundt pan. Spray Pam to grease pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
