THREE FLAVOR CAKE 
3 c. plain flour
1/2 c. oil
2 3/4 c. sugar
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. coconut, rum and almond extract

Cream together butter, oil and sugar, then one at a time. Then add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Then coconut and rum. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

GLAZE:

Let come to a boil one cup sugar and 1/2 cup water. Remove from heat. Let cool. Stir in one teaspoon almond extract. Pour over cake while still in pan. Leave in pan for 15 minutes.
