THREE LAYER CAKE 
BOTTOM LAYER:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 stick butter, melted

Mix together and pat into bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Brown.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (12 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. Cool Whip

Mix together and spread over bottom layer.

THIRD LAYER:

2 pkgs. chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk

Mix together and spread on second layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of chopped pecans.
