1 angel food cake cut in three parts (3 layers)
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
Juice of 2 lemons
1 env. Knox gelatin

Mix egg yolks, gelatin, 1/2 cup of sugar and lemon juice. Bring to boil. Whip egg whites stiff and add 1/2 cup sugar. Mix together and put between first 2 layers. Cover entire cake with whipped cream.
