1 c. rice (UNCLE BEN'S® converted rice), cooked per box directions
1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed & drained
1 med. onion, chopped

Combine cooked rice with remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour into large casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. You can also prepare this for the crock pot. A go anywhere dish.
