CHEESY POTATOES 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
2 c. milk
2/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Onion to taste

Combine melted butter and milk. Add Velveeta cheese and Cheddar cheese. Heat until melted and smooth. Place potatoes in a 13 x 9 inch pan, top with cheese sauce. DO NOT STIR. Top will brown.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
