CHEESY PORK CHOPS 
4-6 pork chops, trimmed
2 med. onions, sliced thin
4-6 med. potatoes, pared, sliced thin
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Slices of Velveeta cheese

Place chops on bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover chops with sliced onions. Layer potatoes over onions. Cover with slices of cheese. Pour undiluted soup over cheese. Cover tightly with foil. Bake in 400 degree oven for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
