APPLE STREUSEL MINCE PIE 
1 (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked
3 apples, pared, thinly sliced
1/2 c. plus 3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 (28 oz.) jar ready to use mincemeat
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. cold butter
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In large bowl toss apples with 3 tablespoons flour and melted butter; arrange in pie shell. Top with mincemeat. In medium bowl, combine remaining 1/2 cup flour, sugar and cinnamon; cut in cold butter until crumbly. Stir in nuts. Sprinkle over mincemeat. Bake 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees; bake 25-30 minutes or until golden. Cool slightly.
