SOUR CREAM POTATOES 
32 oz. frozen hash browns (thawed)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated American or Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 (8 oz.) tubs sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine ingredients. Fold into potatoes. (If too thick add milk.) Put in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 or 2 hours. Cover pan with foil.
