SOUR CREAM POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag hash browns
1/4 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
1 sm. onion
2-3 shakes pepper

Defrost potatoes until they break apart. Mix all ingredients and put in dish. Put potatoes in dish, then mix, then potatoes. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
