1 (16 oz.) roll Polish or beef sausage (I use Hillshire Farms)
4 potatoes
1 small onion
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter
salt and pepper
seasoned salt (I use Lawry's)

Chop sausage into medium sized rounds. Cube peeled potatoes into medium sized cubes. Slice onion and scatter. Melt or slice butter and spread on top of meat and potatoes. Season with salt, 3 or 4 shakes... pepper, 3 or 4 shakes and seasoned salt, 2 shakes.

Bake at 350°F for about 25 to 30 minutes or until tender.
