SOUR CREAM POTATOES 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. onion

Partially thaw hash browns and then mix with rest of ingredients. Place in a 9 x 13 inch greased pan and bake in 350 degree oven for about an hour or until the potatoes are done. May also add cubed ham or other cooked meat for a one-dish meal. This may also be cooked in a crock pot.
