SOUR CREAM CHEDDAR POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) frozen hash browns, thawed
1 pt. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. butter, chopped in

Grease large casserole dish. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Place mixture in dish. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8-10 people.
