CREAMED POTATOES CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 stick butter (save 1/2 stick topping)
1 can cream of chicken soup
Dash of pepper

Mix all in a bowl. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flake and 1/2 stick butter. Bake in two 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Can make a day ahead.
