SOUR CREAM SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 (12 oz.) pkgs. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream

Thaw potatoes. Combine rest of ingredients and fold in potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 8.
