SUMMER SALAD LOAF 
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin, softened in 1/2 c. cold water
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 (1 lb.) can flaked salmon (or tuna)
1 c. mayonnaise or dressing
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all and pour into oiled mold. Chill. Unmold and garnish with egg slices, lemon slices or cucumber sticks. Serves 6.
