SALMON LOAF | |
1 lb. canned salmon (tuna) 1 lemon 2 c. milk 5 slices bread, chopped 2 egg whites 1 onion Salt Scald milk. Add bread crumbs and cooked onion or onion salt. Add to milk and bread crumbs, lemon juice and salmon or tuna. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into salmon mixture. Pour into buttered 9"x12" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
