SALMON LOAF 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. minced green pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. celery salt
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tall can salmon or two cans tuna

Mix all together; put into casserole. Put buttered crumbs on top or cornflake crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for about forty minutes or until set. Serve with tomato cream, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup ketchup, and 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice. Combine in top of double boiler and heat. Mrs. N.L. Primm
