2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 (10 oz.) cup of coffee (with extra cream and sugar!)
1 egg

Add egg and coffee to pancake mix. Mix with a fork until completely mixed.

Noet: You may add a little milk to get a thick, creamy consistency.

Pour 1/2 cup size amounts onto lightly greased griddle or frying pan.

Makes 6 to 8 pancakes.
