BARBECUE SHRIMP 
2 lbs. shrimp, in shell
1/2 c. olive oil
3 sticks butter, melted
4 drops Tabasco
1 sliced lemon
1 c. white wine
2 minced garlic buds
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. chili sauce

Sprinkle liberally with paprika. Mix all together and marinate shrimp. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes for large shrimp and 20 minutes for small shrimp, basting often.
