SPAGHETTI AND WHITE CLAM SAUCE 
1/2 c. olive oil
1 good sized onion
2 cloves garlic
Oregano, sprinkle
Parsley leaves, sprinkle
4 cans (6 1/2 oz.) minced clams
2 tsp. crushed pepper (not dried kind)
More if you like more spice
Spaghetti, 3/4 of a lb.
Parmesan cheese, dried

Cut onions and garlic very fine and saute in olive oil until the onion is clear. Sprinkle with oregano and parsley. Add the crushed pepper and clams. Let this simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add regular pepper to taste. Cook the spaghetti, drain and then mix the clam sauce with the spaghetti. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on each serving.
