WHITE CLAM SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. butter
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 c. chopped parsley
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Dash of pepper
1 (8 oz.) can minced clams, undrained
Hot cooked spaghetti
Parmesan cheese

Combine olive oil, butter, garlic, parsley, 3 tablespoons cheese, and pepper in a saucepan; simmer over low heat 10 minutes. Add clams with juice, and simmer 10 minutes longer. Serve over spaghetti and top with cheese. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.

Easy recipe....adjusted to more chopped garlic and 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes...3 cans chopped clams undrained.....perfect for 8 oz. angel hair pasta!
