SPAGHETTI WITH WHITE CLAM SAUCE 
2 tbsp. parsley
1 minced clove garlic
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. hot olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) minced clams
3/4 lb. spaghetti

Cook parsley, garlic, onion in hot olive oil for 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper and can of clams with liquid. Simmer 5 minutes longer. Serve on spaghetti, cooked. Serves: 4.
