SPICY PEACH UPSIDE-DOWN CAKE 
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/8 c. chopped nuts
sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg
2 c. sliced fresh peaches
1 (18.5 oz.) pkg. spice cake mix, plus ingredients called for on pkg.

Melt butter in 8-inch round glass cake pan. Sprinkle brown sugar over butter. Sprinkle with nuts. Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg over sliced peaches, stir to coat. Spread peaches over nuts. Pour and spread 2 cups cake batter. Cook on Medium heat in microwave for 4 minutes. Let stand a few minutes, invert cake on plate.

Note: One 18.5 ounce cake mix will make 2 upside-down cakes with extra batter for cupcakes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
