PEACH UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 can sliced peaches, large can
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Melt butter, mix with brown sugar. Spread in pan. Line bottom of pan with peaches. In a bowl mix all other ingredients. Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.

Bake at 350 degrees (time according to cake box) in 9 x 13 pan. Cool 5 minutes, invert to platter when serving, top with whip cream.
