SPINACH AND SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 pkg. Stouffer's spinach souffle, thawed
2 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced drained mushrooms
3/4 c. cooked, crumbled Italian sausage (drain off oil)
3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese

Mix all above together and pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
