SPINACH SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 pkg. thawed Stouffer's Spinach Souffle
2 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
3 tsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced drained mushrooms
3/4 c. cooked crumbled Italian sausage
3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese

Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour 25-30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
