1 box Stove Top (or similar brand) stuffing
1/3 c. butter
1 can chicken broth (approx. 10 oz.)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. jar sliced mushrooms (optional)
Chopped onion
3 chicken breasts, cooked & cut into bite-sized pieces
1 c. sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix chicken, sour cream, soup, mushrooms, onions, salt and pepper. Spread into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Meanwhile melt butter in saucepan. Add chicken broth, heat just until boiling. Remove from heat, stir in stuffing mix and seasoning. Layer stuffing mixture on top of chicken mixture. Heat 10 minutes in microwave or 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
