MAYONNAISE CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. warm water
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
5 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda

Mix dry ingredients. Add water, mayonnaise and vanilla. Beat well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

FROSTING:

1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Powdered sugar to thicken and make easy to spread. Mix together and spread on cake.
