MAYONNAISE CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 c. salad dressing
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
1 c. cold water
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla

In large bowl mix sugar, cocoa and salad dressing. Sift flour, soda and baking powder and add alternately with water to the first mixture. Add vanilla and mix well. Bake in moderate oven for about 30 minutes (375 degrees). Use a 9 x 13 inch pan. I use Swans Down Cake flour in this recipe.

FROSTING:

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter

Place all ingredients in a small boiler and mix well. Boil for 1 minute then beat until ready to spread.
