2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. cold water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift first 4 ingredients into mixing bowl, add cold water, mayonnaise and vanilla. Blend and bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 40 minutes. Very moist and will stay that way for days.
