CHOCOLATE MAYONNAISE CAKE 
1 3/4 c. all-purpose unsifted flour
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. water
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, water, and vanilla. Beat for 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely. Frost with your favorite frosting.
