2 c. flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cold water
Vanilla

Sift all dry ingredients together. In another bowl mix cup of mayonnaise with cup of cold water. After it dissolves, mix in other ingredients and add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.

FROSTING:

3 tbsp. Crisco
1/2 lb. powdered sugar

Add 1 teaspoon milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Beat well!
