CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. fryer, cut up (or 8-10 good pieces)
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 1/2 c. rice, uncooked
Salt sprinkled on chicken

Use either a large rectangle aluminum or Pyrex dish. Empty the 3 cans of soup in pan; rinse out can with a little water. Sprinkle the rice over the soup, lay each chicken piece on top. Cover with aluminum foil, cook in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours or until lightly brown and chicken is done.
