CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. peas (frozen) or 1 can well drained
2 c. chicken, cut up, cooked with onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or cubed Velveeta cheese is also very good

Mix together all ingredients, except the Bisquick and 2/3 cup of milk. Pour into a baking dish. Top with biscuits. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
