HASHED BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 bag frozen hashed brown potatoes
2 sticks butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 chopped onion
Salt and pepper
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese - sharp is good
2 c. crushed cornflakes

Mix 1 stick melted butter, chicken soup, sour cream, chopped onions and cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Layer this mixture with potatoes. Mix cornflakes and melted butter, put on top - spread. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
