HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. (2 lb.) frozen hash browns
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/4 c. crushed corn flakes
1 c. cream chicken soup

Mix together all ingedients except the cornflakes. Turn into a buttered glass dish 9 x 13 inches. Sprinkle cornflakes over top.

Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
