HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 (1 lb.) frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix soups together. Add potatoes still frozen. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in 9x13 inch dish for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 10.
