HASH BROWNED POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

TOPPING:

1/2 stick melted butter
1 c. crushed cornflakes

Mix above ingredients in large bowl. Transfer to 9x13 pan. Cover with crushed cornflakes and dribble melted butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
