HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. hash browns (not frozen)
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Cornflakes
Butter

Mix all ingredients in a baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Crunch cornflakes in hand and spread all over top. Dot with butter. Return to oven for 15 minutes. This is great with things on the grill!
