HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 stick melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated cheese
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. crushed cornflakes

Mix together. Place in 9 x 12 casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
