HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. Ore Ida frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. diced onion
2 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine all but last two ingredients in 9 x 13 baking pan. Mix cornflakes and butter and top the potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
