HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. diced onion or 1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. melted butter mixed with 1 c. crushed corn flakes

Mix first 8 ingredients in 9x13 inch buttered dish. Top with mixed butter and corn flakes. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be frozen before or after.
