HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 2lb. bag thawed hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 lg. container sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar Cheeses
2 tbsp. chopped onion
Salt
Pepper

Mix together; put into 9x13 pan. Sprinkle on top with 1 cup corn flakes mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
