HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag hash browns (thawed)
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter (melted)
1 c. chopped onion
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix all the above ingredients together. Place in 9 x 12 inch cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 stick butter (melted)

Add topping after 30 minutes of baking.
