HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
32 oz. pkg. frozen country style hash browns
1 stick butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. grated cheddar or Velveeta cheese
8 oz. carton sour cream
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix together pour in 9"x13" pan. Cover with 2 cups corn flakes and drizzle with another stick of melted butter. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 12 to 16 people.
