HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns (partially thawed)
15 oz. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 onion, sauteed in butter
12 oz. grated cheese
1 c. cornflakes, crushed
1/2 stick butter, melted

Mix first 5 ingredients in a greased casserole dish. Mix cornflake crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
