HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. diced onion
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. cornflakes, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all together except cornflakes. Spread in a 9 x 13 baking pan. top with cornflakes and an additional 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 300 degrees for about an hour.
