LEMON DREAM BARS 
1/3 c. butter
1 c. sifted flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla

With 2 knives, cut together the butter, sifted flour and 2 tablespoons sugar. Press mixture into ungreased 8"x8"x2" pan (or one a little larger). Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until set.

Combine remaining ingredients in order in mixing bowl. Mix well. Pour over baked crust, spreading evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

For frosting, mix together 1 tablespoon water, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind and 1 cup powdered sugar. Spread evenly over cookies while they are still in pan and warm.
